The most important thing that I have learnt is “time management “ which is not just about doing a great job , but it’s about doing that great job within a reasonable time frame. This helped me a lot to ensure that my tasks are completed to a high standard and really helped me to be organized.

At Credit Suisse I was offered an opportunity to visit other teams within Global MACS and I have learnt a lot from this teams. Things I learnt at school and thought were of no importance, were exactly the things I encountered and worked with here. I worked on the Global Investment Performance Standard (GIPS) project and I did website trainings and many others which helped enhance my excel skills.

I will take back home and invest all the knowledge and skills that I have gained here, as it is needed to help develop and support my country. After three months working with Credit Suisse I have acquired skills and techniques that are directly applicable to my career and I will be able to apply them in a working environment. The most enjoyable part of my internship was to see how to employ the theory that I learned at school.

I stayed with a very caring, supportive and charming family. I really enjoyed my time with them, and through them, I got to learn more about the Swiss culture, its people and languages.

Thank you very much for a life changing experience, for investing in my personal development and the confidence you have placed in me. Just like Nelson Mandela once said “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world” I strongly believe that this program will change the lives of so many individuals thus changing the world. It was indeed a very constructive and educative time in Switzerland, I really appreciated.

Thank you B360. Thank you Credit Suisse.
