I worked in a dynamic, creative, unrestricted and exciting environment. I have learnt how to prudently manage time, communicate effectively and work in a team. I worked on a variety of projects which gave me a panoramic view of the company. I have improved my presentational, organizational, interpersonal and professional skills. I have learnt of the good work ethics and the importance of paying attention to the minutest of details.

I had a lunch interaction with the managing director from Index solutions. This was a very interesting and revealing experience for me. It showed me that the managers in my division are not only interested in the professional output and input of the team but also in their personal relationships and encounters. Also this was an opportunity for me to learn more about management techniques and other details pertaining to our division.

My guest family was exceptionally delightful. I did not feel like a guest in their home but rather as a part of the family. We got along so well and they were very helpful.

The internship is a very exciting opportunity and it has been a life changing encounter for me. I wish it could have been six months, so that I could have had the opportunity to learn more. The three months passed so quickly! I am truly honored to be part of the B360 family and I hope that one day I will have a chance to give back to the organization and its cause.
