Chocolat Frey is a very busy company, producing tons of chocolates every day and therefore working in their labs has taught me how to work and cope under pressure and work hard to meet deadlines.
Chocolat Frey Team with Justina
I have gained much practical knowledge on the theory I have learned in the classroom, especially about the nature of microorganisms, how they grow and also the analysis of the results after carrying out a test.

Working here was also an eye opener as to why food quality is very important. The way they integrated other areas, such as doing inspections and collecting samples, in the whole program just made the whole experience more interesting and valuable. I will gratefully share the knowledge I have learned with my classmates and peers and will apply it in my future career.
Justina with family Roth
My family (family Roth) is just the best family I have met here in Switzerland. It is because of them that I have good memories of Switzerland. They have taken me to so many places here in Switzerland and also to Germany. I could not have imagined that within these 3 months I would travel to other countries as well. I also like the fact that they are half Africans, have lived in Africa for some time and therefore understand where I come from and how people live there. I will always remain indebted to them.
