Cooperation with University Staff
During my stay at Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST) as part of the B360 Southbound Program, I had the opportunity to work closely with the university staff. Their professionalism and willingness to support the program made my experience enriching and efficient. From administrative personnel to academic coordinators, everyone was welcoming and helpful. They provided insightful guidance on academic and cultural matters, ensuring a smooth integration into the university environment.
Collaboration with Students
Interacting with NUST students was one of the highlights of my stay. Their eagerness to learn and share knowledge made our collaboration highly engaging. Whether in group discussions, excursions, or teamwork, their enthusiasm and diverse perspectives fostered an inspiring learning environment. It was a great pleasure for me getting the opportunity to share ideas, methods, correct handling in different situations as well experiences, helping them to grow both academically and personally.
Impact and Win-Win
The B360 Southbound Program created a mutually beneficial exchange. While I gained insights into Namibia's educational system and professional landscape, I was also able to contribute by sharing my knowledge and expertise. This exchange of ideas and cultural perspectives enriched not only my own experience but also that of the students and faculty involved. The program strengthened professional networks and laid the foundation for future collaborations.
Memorable Event
One of the most memorable moments was a network event organized by B360, where formal interns, project members, university staff and other supporters were present. The warmth and hospitality displayed during this event left a lasting impression on me.
Expectancies
Before my arrival, I expected to gain professional experience and expand my academic horizons. However, my expectations were exceeded as I not only grew professionally but also on a personal level. The kindness of the people, the vibrant cultural diversity, the beauty of the country and the nature, as well as the dynamic academic setting contributed to a truly transformative experience.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone at NUST and the B360 Southbound Program for making my stay so remarkable. The friendships, experiences and knowledge I gained will stay with me for a lifetime. I encourage future participants to embrace this opportunity with an open mind and heart - it is a journey that will undoubtedly leave a profound impact.
