Even 15 years after my first assignment on this department, the motivation to give the students good lessons is unbroken.

This year I prepared a completely new course, which is even more oriented towards the future world of work and requires lively participation from the students in order to be successful. I was lucky to find a graduating class that was well prepared, full of interest and curiosity and very collaborative. This created an interesting and enjoyable study atmosphere for everyone right from the start, in which the real-life case studies I prepared led to lively discussions. Situations and questions from practice were linked with theoretical principles and at the same time some knowledge gaps were filled. It was an experiment from my point of view, and perhaps risky, but it succeeded because the students were ready for it and participated actively.

As always, I greatly appreciated the respectful interaction and the politeness and friendliness of these young people.
