B360 Annual Event 2023 - a complete success!
Dear guests
For the second time, our annual event, to which we welcomed over 110 guests on June 20, took place at Schloss Sihlberg. In hot summer weather and without rain!
In the first part, various speakers gave their perspective on "B360 Northbound - Southbound - South-South":
Rabecca Hatoongo, B360 alumna and lecturer at the University of Lusaka (UNILUS) gave insight into the cooperation between UNILUS and B360 and talked about her engagement as an alumna.
B360 Expert Mirembe Izagiire-Wachholz, Roche Diabetes Care, gave a first-hand account of her voluntary assignment at NUST in March 2023.
Daniel Gasser and Thomas Isenschmid, both Credit Suisse and long-time mentors for B360, explained why they have been involved with B360 internships for years.
Sabina Balmer led through the evening and informed about the activities of B360 in the second half of the year. Short videos by Fee Liechti gave insight into B360’s work. Sabina Balmer ended the official part by thanking the guests, donors, partners, volunteers, hosts of Schloss Sihlberg and everyone who made the 2023 annual event possible. The following part of the summer evening belonged entirely to the informal, lively exchange.
