The CSW was a very good experience for me and - I trust - for the students. In particular, the elevator pitch, the optimization of the CV/LinkedIn profile and the interview training proved very valuable in preparing the students to tackle the challenges of the Namibian job market. The course organization by B360 was excellent and allowed me to focus on sharing experience and interacting with the students.
