Over the past 7 weeks, I have spent time with 4 Namibian superstars in the first "Virtual Career Starter Course"
We worked with the group in career coaching from building out a personal brand on social media, interview techniques to writing business cases. We were inspired by the students’ passion for uplifting the communities as they become professionals.

It has been so fulfilling seeing these young people evolve in such a short period.
Some of them have come a long way from being extremely shy to becoming more confident in their presentations and communication. Overall, I am grateful for the experience and the fact it could be virtual. This gave a lot of room for flexibility.

"Knowledge is power". With the guidance of B360 experts I got a chance to build my skills and knowledge.
I am now more ready for the market and with this knowledge I am enabled to overcome my weaknesses, faults as well as know how to face difficulties in life and penetrate the market with confidence.
I learned that in order to work well with others I have to be emotionally aware of myself.
B360 CSW course is a great way to learn and grow. Gain great insight from your peers as well as experts. The highlights for me were getting to learn from others. You never actually understand something until you understand someone else's take on the same topic. I enjoyed this past 6 weeks of learning.

The career starter course that was virtual has been an eye opener and very informative.
There were good interpersonal skills from all the participants and the experts. We learned a lot from one another. Getting to meet new people was great.I encourage all students, and young professionals in Namibia to take up this course. The CSW course has been very helpful for me and enlightening. I really grew personally and professionally.
