The B360 CSC Course was an interesting challenge, I am grateful for the opportunity to impart my learnings over the years in my career to a team of talented young graduates - hoping that they would succeed faster than I did, learning from my mistakes, and gaining from my experience.

The career starter course is a great way to share your expertise outside of your normal culture and workplace. I really enjoyed collaborating with a colleague from a different continent and learning from the students about their dreams and challenges. The CSC opens your eyes to fresh perspectives and lets you as expert learn new topics alongside the students.

Knowledge is power. The career starter course provided knowledge and skills in fundamental areas for what every graduate needs to prepare them into the corporate world. The course also provided the opportunity to learn from the experts, creating self-development and self-improvement. Additionally, it created new passions, new ambitions, new goals, encouragement, motivation and empowerment.

Better an “oops” than a “what if”. Always get out of your comfort zone and try new things.

Everyone should really try this course. It really helps you discover parts of yourself that you didn’t know you had. How to conduct yourself during interviews and just meeting the experts and getting their advice was a top tier.
